NASSP Annual Conference

Bring your leadership team to the NASSP Conference!

As NASSP is the only association serving principals, assistant principals, and aspiring school leaders at both the middle- and high-school level, this conference provides a unique forum for colleague-to-colleague exchange. To be held February 28-March 2, 2013, the conference is designed to meet the challenges of school management and improving student performance.

During this event, the general and concurrent sessions will provide school leaders with the opportunity to learn from renowned speakers, discover how diverse groups of schools are achieving success, connect with educators who are facing similar challenges, develop a specific work plan with help from facilitators, and much more. Regional Breaking Ranks School Showcase

NASSP in collaboration with The Center for Secondary School Redesign (CSSR) will present the first Regional Breaking Ranks School Showcase featuring 15 diverse, high-poverty, high-achieving middle level and high schools sharing proven methods for addressing sustainable school improvement.

The showcase is designed to help educators learn practical student-centered strategies from teams of teachers, administrators, and students. Participants will walk away with personalized learning and teaching concepts, tools, and techniques that can be adapted to meet the unique needs of any middle school or high school.

NASC National Conference

For the 2013 NASC National Conference, “SCI: Student Council Investigators” will gather data and crack open the mysteries of student council leadership through more than 50 sessions offering expert analysis, captivating evidence, and field-tested activities.
