NASSP Conference

Expected attendance: Attendance is nearly 2,000, which includes members of NASSP and its governance (includes Board members and State Executive Directors).

Date: February 28 - March 2, 2013
Purpose: As NASSP is the only association serving principals, assistant principals, and aspiring school leaders and their teams, we provide a unique forum for colleague-to-colleague exchange. From the general and concurrent sessions to the exhibits highlighting new products and services, the Conference is designed to develop effective strategies to improve student learning.

NAESP/NASSP State Executive Directors'
Professional Development Program

Date: May 15-18, 2013
Purpose: This is a joint meeting hosted by NAESP and NASSP to create and design a professional development program that meets the needs of all state association executives. Inherent in the development of this program are several issues including size and nature of the state association, the mission of the state association, and personal preparation of the association executive.

2012-2013 Leadership Experience and Development (LEAD) Conferences
Sponsored by NASSP and designed for members of the National Association of Student Councils (NASC); National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society (NHS/NJHS) (Three annual conferences each year)

Expected attendance: 2,000 delegates (1,600 high school & middle level students, 400 advisers) total for three events
