  • Webinar: Prepare a Pipeline of Leadership Candidates

    As school leadership positions open, the need to fill them with quality candidates is critical. Tune in for “Succession Planning,” a free NASSP webinar held in cooperation with the Wallace Foundation. It will focus on creating a pipeline of leadership candidates with strong knowledge, skills, and attitudes who can be ready and waiting as vacancies occur.   • AP Week Google Hangout: Developing School Leaders

    As part of its National Assistant Principal Week celebration, NASSP will host a live Google Hangout with the Wallace Foundation on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. (ET). School leaders from one of six districts participating in the Wallace Foundation’s Principal Pipeline Initiative will discuss how assistant principals are being developed and acquiring skills to become effective school leaders, as well as their experiences with strategies and practices that strengthen school leadership.
