Design Thinking to Positively Impact Your School’s Culture

In celebration of National Assistant Principals Week, this webinar will share how administrators and teacher leaders partner to focus on student-centered decision making.

2019 Virginia Assistant Principal of the Year Kip Gansneder Tuttle and renowned author and principal Evan Robb from Johnson-Williams Middle School in Berryville, VA, will share how the application of design thinking has been a catalyst for reenvisioning spaces and reconceptualizing processes in their middle level school. Tuttle and Robb will also share ideas and strategies on how to guide you to create a culture that facilitates, allows for, and encourages change—creating a pathway for student and teacher success and agency. By the end of the webinar, participants will:

  • Have a greater understanding of how design thinking can guide school leaders to cultivate a culture focused on student and teacher success and agency.
  • Walk away with at least three specific takeaways that can lead to improvements in their school or division.
