As today’s environment continues to challenge educators, this session will help principals consider ways to prioritize teacher morale and increase a school’s symbiotic support system. We will discuss Maslow’s category of transcendence, and develop new ways to deepen collaboration, establish mentoring, and create coaching partnerships.
