The Elementary Principal Advisory 

The Elementary Principal Advisory is represented by practicing elementary school leaders across the nation to help guide the programs, services, and member experiences we are building at the National Principals Association. It is essential to us that elementary leaders have a meaningful voice as we implement our PreK-12 Strategy. 

Purpose of the Advisory  

The Elementary Principal Advisory will serve as a practical sounding board of PreK–5 principals who can provide real-world insights during NASSP’s PreK–12 expansion.  

Advisory members will review and provide feedback on initiatives that are already well developed, including:  

• Evaluating marketing and membership messaging to ensure it resonates with elementary leaders.   
• Testing program frameworks and member onboarding workflows.   
• Reviewing conference session topics and proposals for the National Principals Conference.   
• Reviewing updates to NASSP student programs for elementary schools.
