Customized Training

These customized professional development workshops allow you to choose the topics and experts that best meet your school or district needs, including achievement, culture and equity, leadership, and technology.

School Leader Training

These special trainings are customized for assistant principals, aspiring principals, those new to the role, and established principals looking to enhance their skills. Each training session includes a pre-meeting formative assessment; NASSP’s 10 Skills for Successful School Leaders publication; a six-hour, on-site training; and a follow-up webinar. These highly successful trainings have taken shape in several states as Assistant Principal Institutes.

Change Leadership Training

Change Leadership Training provides school leaders with the tools they need to effect school change. The training centers around a process circle that asks school teams to gather data, explore possible solutions, assess readiness, create a plan, implement the plan, and monitor and adjust the plan. Each training session includes a pre-meeting formative assessment; NASSP’s Breaking Ranks: A Field Guide for Leading Change publication; a six-hour, on-site training; and a follow-up webinar.
