Change Leadership Training
Change Leadership Training provides school leaders with the tools they need to effect school change. The training centers around a process circle that asks school teams to gather data, explore possible solutions, assess readiness, create a plan, implement the plan, and monitor and adjust the plan. Each training session includes a pre-meeting formative assessment; NASSP’s Breaking Ranks: A Field Guide for Leading Change publication; a six-hour, on-site training; and a follow-up webinar.
