Description
We will demystify the term HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT from Building Ranks™: A Comprehensive Framework for Effective School Leaders and talk about how the publication helped us focus on this one domain this year. We will then feature some no-cost teacher initiatives as well as student forays that helped us establish momentum in the first year. Schools need to identify the potential in both its teachers and students. By investing in stakeholders’ futures, we are adding value to our school community and helping build its culture. New initiatives do not have to cost a lot of money, but dividends will reap priceless benefits.
