NASSP’s Seal of Approval

School leaders in search of credible guidance in determining the educational value of student contests, programs, and activities have a go-to source. Every year, NASSP publishes its List of Approved Contests, Programs, and Activities for Students. It is available for principals, teachers, parents, and students online as a sortable and searchable database. A committee of school leaders screens organizations that apply to be listed based on their educational value, financial support, organizational structure, promotional accuracy, and fair and appropriate adjudication. Those approved are awarded a gold seal to use in print and online promotional material. Browse the list at www.nassp.org/contests.
