Teachers walk into classrooms every day with a plan for their daily success called a lesson plan. School leaders don’t typically walk into schools with daily leadership plans. They may have “to-do” list, but a “to-do” list is not a plan, it is a list.

In this webinar, Principal Kafele will walk assistant principals through the process of devising a leadership blueprint for leadership effectiveness accompanied by a daily leadership plan. In any walk of life, we can approach our endeavors one of two ways: We can approach them without a concrete goal and a plan, which yields minimal results, or we can approach them with a concrete goal and well-thought-out plans that increase the probability for success exponentially.
