The School Culture Survey
The School Culture Survey collects anonymous feedback from principals, students, certified staff (i.e., teachers, counselors), parents, non-certified staff, and broader community members. It takes only about 20 minutes to complete and consists of question and comment sections that target both micro- and macro-level feedback. As a member, you can use the results of this survey to assess the collective culture in your school.
The survey also:
- Enhances student and staff morale by prompting meaningful discussion and reflection, allowing school leaders to create appropriate goals, training programs, and action plans tailored to their specific community needs
- Enables you to compare the perception of their leadership with their actual practice results from the online diagnostic
- Gives you a clear vision of any relationship gaps so you can help your principals begin to strengthen their professional and personal relationships as a leader
District leaders can use the survey data to identify opportunities to engage learning community stakeholders to improve perceptions.
Individual school leaders will receive a report of their specific survey feedback.
