Reston, VA —Today the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) reacted to the House passage of the FY 2022 appropriations bill:

“The increases to the education budget show what school leaders can do if we collectively raise our voices in service of our students,” said NASSP CEO Ronn Nozoe. “School leaders have been advocating for resources to support our most vulnerable students and build a sustainable educator pipeline for over a year. Last week, 350 school leaders went to Capitol Hill for a final push for these resources and they succeeded. We’re grateful to our representatives for listening and hope for a swift passage in the Senate.”
