Join with other principals and school leaders to form a unified voice and advocate on behalf of critical education issues at the 2020 NASSP Advocacy Conference, which will take place March 23–25, 2020, in the Washington, D.C., area. The conference will include small, hands-on advocacy training sessions; panel discussions featuring national education policy experts; a Capitol Hill Day to include meetings with your members of Congress and their staffs; and networking sessions and receptions with fellow school leaders and education policy experts. Nominate Your Honor Society Advisers
It takes a special energy and high degree of commitment to be an Honor Society adviser in addition to regular teaching responsibilities—and that hard work and dedication deserves special recognition. Principals from schools with active National Honor Society and/or National Junior Honor Society chapters are encouraged to nominate their chapter adviser for the Rynearson National Adviser of the Year Award. The national winner will receive a $500 award from NASSP and a plaque to commemorate the recognition. Nominations will be accepted through February 15.
