Outbound Telephonic Sales Representative – School Merchandise & Program Growth
Position Summary:
THIS POSITION IS 100% REMOTE
We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Telephonic Sales Representative to drive merchandise revenue and deepen program penetration across high schools and middle schools nationwide. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound outreach to existing and potential NHS, NJHS, NEHS, and NASC chapters to maximize their merchandise spend and promote awareness and adoption of our student programs. Your focus will be to turn every school into an engaged customer and program partner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing and prospective student program chapters to maximize spending per school.
- Build strong relationships with school advisers and decision-makers.
- Promote merchandise collections, bundling opportunities, and limited time offers.
- Understand chapter needs and recommend products that align with student milestones and school events.
- Introduce and educate non-participating schools about our student programs and hand off warm leads to Membership and Marketing teams for program enrollment.
- Document all outreach and follow-up activities and systematically track customer feedback to inform the development of future marketing campaigns and product enhancements.
- Maintain a positive and informed brand voice in every interaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of outbound phone sales experience, preferably in education, nonprofit, B2B or eCommerce.
- High school diploma or GED diploma.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; HubSpot, Salesforce, Personify preferred.
- Strong Financial acumen along with MS Excel and or SQL skills,
- Highly organized and self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Passion for education and mission-driven work a plus.

Salary Range: $24.87 – $30.00 USD per hour
The referenced salary range is based on the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level
